In celebration of Memorial Day and the upcoming summer season, I created a pair of patriotic gatefold cards featuring the brand new Spellbinders Stars & Stripes die and stamp set. Inspired by one of my favorite patriotic quilts, I used soft beachy reds and blues paired with embossed details, glitter cardstock accents, sparkle splatter, and dimensional layered flags for a fresh take on patriotic cardmaking. I also created an alternate version featuring a Fourth of July greeting, making this such a versatile design for Memorial Day, Independence Day, and beyond
