One of my favorite things about paper crafting is mixing and matching products from different companies to create something uniquely my own. For this 5×7 shaker card, I combined the Classic Mouse Love Collection and Classic Mouse Happy Sentiments Press & Foil from Spellbinders with the Words of Love stamp and die from Simon Says Stamp to create a sweet, dimensional design featuring the sentiment, “To the one that makes my heart smile.” Although this card would be perfect for Valentine’s Day, I think it’s just as fitting for anniversaries, weddings, or anytime you want to send a heartfelt reminder to someone special. It’s a wonderful example of how combining products from different collections can create a timeless card you’ll reach for all year long.
