ONE LAYER! Rainbow Christmas Neighborhood Card

Hello friends! Today I’m sharing a fun Christmas rainbow neighborhood card with matching envelope featuring brand new stamps and stencils from the Hero Arts November 2023 My Monthly Hero Release! This color layering stencil card is what I love to call a “one layer wonder”. This card is completely one layer of paper and embellished with a few little bits and bobs to give it that finished “wow” factor!
