I’m so excited to share my latest finishing tutorial featuring the Free Stitch Friday design from Primrose Cottage Stitches for June 2025 — 4th of July Round!
For this project, I stitched the adorable patriotic design on 46 count Raw linen using the called-for Valdani silks. I wanted something fun and festive for the finish, so I mounted the piece on a tiny papier-mâché box that I custom painted and embellished using goodies from my crafty stash. I love how it turned out — it’s the perfect little patriotic accent for summer decorating!
This video originally aired early for my Patreon community, and now I’m thrilled to share it with everyone — just in time for the Fourth of July!
